Poor performance

No matter how I adjust it, it is still poor quality, in my opinion. Also, the front is so flat that I am regularly pressing buttons accidentally, especially if it's in my pocket. I should have returned it right away, but I am forty miles from a store so I didn't return it.

Disappointing product

The Call back, Delete space is too tight an area.. When I dial "Redial", it'll say I've missed 89 or 98 messages, which is impossible, as I only get no more than 2-4 calls a day. I'm extremely sorry I waited too late to return. I'll donate it to a shelter.
