Good phone for money.

The purchased phone is very basic and includes a built in answering machine. My only complaint is that the answering machine does not have an audio alarm indicating that a message was left, as it only has a visual indicator.

Terrible Audio

This model does have many nice features and is easy to set up and use. However, the audio quality for microphone was terrible. Folks complained my voice was very distorted and scratchy sounding. So, I had someone else use the phone so that I could listen for myself. I had to agree with them that the audio was totally unacceptable. This model comes with two handsets and both were awful. In view of this I took this system back to Best Buy and exchanged it for an AT&T model that works great.
