If you are are having trouble recording your greeting message, please press Menu, after that press the # key and enter 302 when you see the three lines on the screen. Following that, please make sure you select YES and the recording will start. After you have finished recording your greeting message, press Stop to save it. Please also ensure that the answering machine is turned ON, on the system. We hope this helps! - S Panasonic
