This is a terrible phone! The sound in calls and the ringer are tin-ny. The interface is extremely outdated and very unclear. The phone itself is thick and old style looking. I was loyal to Panasonic when cordless phones came out. They were great. Then I tried VTech. Liked them but when I saw Panasonic again I had to go back. However, this model is so audibly and functionally disturbing that I am just going to have to get another VTech. Too late to return but I just cant take it anymore. And I'm throwing this one in the trash. Wouldnt give this phone away to an enemy - well actually, that's the only person I would give this phone to.

Phone worked fine for about 4 months. Then it stared to have lots of static and would not play back messages that you could understand. Checked the phone out in a neighbors house with the same results, so it wasn't a phone line problem Sent this phone back to Panasonic since it was under 1 yr. warranty. They sent new one that was red not black and it also did not work! Very disappointed Panasonic customer!

The system seems ok,but somewhat confusing to set up for the elderly

Hard to handle and difficult to access features. Not good for the elderly.

House phones are almost obsolete but this does the job for now

Works for what I needed. Nothing over fancy but will work

Difficult to set up. Access buttons smaller than last similar Panasonic & too many controls accessed by one button. Will search beyond Panasonic before next purchase.

I enjoy the fact that you can store so many numbers

It is my opinion that the phone is to complicated to use, and the quality of reception is poor.

I still don't know if I want to keep this phone, I still heat my voice if I say Hi how are you Real fast I hear Hi how are you. I don't know if it is the phone or if it my phone line.

Features are decent and the phone is comfortable to use, but in the several months of use, the reception is often staticky or cuts out. Seemed like a good, low-cost, occasional use phone, but it’s even worse than expected.

I have had a panasonic phone before. Lasted a very long time and was great phone, very g ood quality. This phone is not good quality. Speaker is terrible, seems cheaply made.

The features on this phone are difficult to use. Because the features are not well defined and instead clumped together using only one or two buttons, its difficult to use them. The screen on the phone is not well lit, which adds to the difficulty of figuring out how to activate any of the features.

It drop calls a lot of calls ring once n goes to answering machine had a older Panasonic phone thought I could transfer all of my people in the phone book to this nope

Best Buy technician said it has caller ID 3and we can set it up at home. It was misleading beaucse we found out it should be done through the phone company (service provider)

My local Best Buy did not have this cordless phone in stock, so I purchased it on line at bestbuy.com where I found that it was "on clearance".. The cordless set arrived within 2 days. I had no problem charging the main phone but it wouldn't retain memory. The second unit would not charge at all. I had no problem returning the phone to my local store, but chose to buy a different model at another store because Best Buy did not carry it.

Purchased the phone for my grandma. Very easy to use. Only bad point about it is that the ringer is a bit low comparing to her older one. But yet it does the job.

I plan to return this item and find another phone system

This telephone has been a huge disappointment compared to the last one I bought from you. I honestly did not think I had much choice as most had three or four receivers, and I needed/wanted only two. I rarely use this phone and find myself much preferring my cell phone or wishing my last phone still worked. It lasted for years, and I had no complaints.
