My local Best Buy did not have this cordless phone in stock, so I purchased it on line at bestbuy.com where I found that it was "on clearance".. The cordless set arrived within 2 days. I had no problem charging the main phone but it wouldn't retain memory. The second unit would not charge at all. I had no problem returning the phone to my local store, but chose to buy a different model at another store because Best Buy did not carry it.

Purchased the phone for my grandma. Very easy to use. Only bad point about it is that the ringer is a bit low comparing to her older one. But yet it does the job.

Doesn’t have easy paths to operations too many steps and very unclear from labels on phone

This telephone has been a huge disappointment compared to the last one I bought from you. I honestly did not think I had much choice as most had three or four receivers, and I needed/wanted only two. I rarely use this phone and find myself much preferring my cell phone or wishing my last phone still worked. It lasted for years, and I had no complaints.

The phone initially worked, but doesn't now. There is no dial tone. Checked with phone company and said the dial tone is on.

I find it very challenging to retrieve called numbers, set up a quick dial and sometime just make phone calls using the quick dial. I do not enjoy working with this phone and a senior citizen would never use it. My cell phone is much easier to use. The only reason that I still use it is because I like the feel of it in the palm of hand and the speaking tone quality is good. It's set up process needs to improve.

I plan to return this item and find another phone system

I find this phone extremely difficult to find last number to come in, phone book and anything else

When my tv is on and somebody calls me their is a echo on the receiver. The directions are hard to understand and you have to use a code for everything. I own a Panasonic and had it for 13 years and its more sturdier and you can hear better than this one. They have not improved them at all.

Weird phone but works. An old push button might be just as good. Slow dialing, confusing directions, perks on phone that are unnecessary

Best Buy technician said it has caller ID 3and we can set it up at home. It was misleading beaucse we found out it should be done through the phone company (service provider)

Purchased for my mom and dad and it is working well.

The phone is ok but not for my 89 year old mom who can not understand how to get to the menu options. The navigation arrows are too small for her and trying to get to her missed calls is difficult. I can’t return the phone system because she got rid of the box.

Difficult to set up this product and is hard to follow the directions. I took this product back to the store because it is not easy to work some of the functions such as caller ID.

This phone lacked several options I need for example i could not redial the number which recently called.

These phones are fantastic. They’re simple, yet have all the features most people need. They are also loud and clear.

Phone is slippery so I drop it a lot. The ringer button is on the left side where your fingers go so when you pick it up it rings. It sits terribly in its holder. I would never but it again.
