Phone isn't working. Will return for a replacment

Phone is Ok but elderly people may have difficulty

The navigation arrows are too small for her and trying to get to her missed calls is difficult. I can’t return the phone system because she got rid of the box.

the system is too confusing

Owned for more than 2 years when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I find it very challenging to retrieve called numbers, set up a quick dial and sometime just make phone calls using the quick dial. I do not enjoy working with this phone and a senior citizen would never use it. My cell phone is much easier to use. The only reason that I still use it is because I like the feel of it in the palm of hand and the speaking tone quality is good. It's set up process needs to improve.

worst phone ever owned

The directions are hard to understand and you have to use a code for everything. I own a Panasonic and had it for 13 years and its more sturdier and you can hear better than this one. They have not improved them at all.

Product Difficult to use

I took this product back to the store because it is not easy to work some of the functions such as caller ID.

The caller ID also, is a feature offered by your phone line provider. This particular model is compatible with caller ID, but you have to enable it first from your provider. -A

Don't buy

Same is true while using speaker feature. Would not recommend. Should have returned but exceeded return policy timeframe.

Having difficulty registering it
