Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I did not have a call waiting button or I should say a flash button to put someone on hold. The phone was cheap the speaker phone with horrible and it was difficult to maneuver around for the simplest tasks like the phone book deleting calls, etc. I've had Panasonic for a long long time and this is the worst phone I ever received. I had to return it
