It has all the features I need that were on the first phone. When I had to call support for help regarding the first phone I had purchased, I was very pleased with the help I received. It was one of the reasons I purchased another Panasonic phone.

(Seniors) There is a couple of things I wish were different. I would've liked the volume too go louder and the display brighter.

Older and disabled, (and a CREATURE OF HABIT) I was unashamed to announce I was looking for a new Panasonic LANDLINE. Yes, I have a cellphone, but there are folks around the world that only have my landline number! I have bought all my electronics from Best Buy for 30+ yeara..I have confidence in them and it's never been misplaced. I love my new Panasonic phone system. It's operation is very intuitive (the buttons are bigger,it has a shoulder rest, plenty of recording time and I can now do conference calls, a big plus for a writer!

Nice and versatile cordless phone system.

I decided it was a waste of money to pay for a landline, however for convenience, I wanted to still have an option of an extra phone line. So I got OBI200 google voice device and paired that with this phone set. Works perfectly and has crystal clear voice. Would not be any more happier.
