    We bought this phone because our old one needed batteries, which are no longer available. We were hoping it would work like our old one but, there doesn’t seem to be any way of getting our messages without logging in to our phone company!!!! We followed the instructions and it wouldn’t record messages from callers!!!! Called phone company and THOUGHT we’d done everything right....NOPE!!!! We’ll be returning it soon.

    I purchased a Panasonic phone KXTGD530M DECT 6.0 and we are unable to hear the messages that people leave on the phone. We press the up volume button but it doesn't work. We press the up volume control on both the phone and the answering machine but it still does not work.
