Stopped Working after 2 months!

Called Panasonic and they will charge for support! Have an older Panasonic phone and no issues! Very disappointed with their customer service support!

Randomly mutes other party.
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I have tried relocating the base station, using different handsets on the base station, even changing out my phone switch with the cable company. Turns out, it is the phone. After several minutes of talking, it randomly mutes the other party so they can hear me but I can't hear them. Have to end the call and start over. Also, won't turn off audible caller ID.
