I actually bought this camera for my daughter, a budding videographer, over a year ago. She loves and it produces great photos and videos. So, when I needed a new camera, this is the one I got for myself. Price wise, it is on the low end of the high end cameras. Quality wise, it is all high end.

This camera takes great 4k video, especially for the price. However, unless you're really budget conscious, I would look at the newer Panasonic g85. It has IBIS and the body and kit lens are weather sealed which adds to the usability. The 4k is just as good, if not better. Same for the stills. If you really have the $, the GH5 would be a bit step up too.

I am a noob to photography. This camera is extremely impressive to me. I am very appreciative to a friend who convinced me I should have a camera of this caliber. I am learning every time I use it. This camera has a lot of features that I am eager to learn how to use properly.

I live this little lightweight video camera for vlogging. It has plenty features and works great out of the box. I highly recommend adding an external microphone for high quality sound, and spring for a larger aperture prime lens if you can afford it, though the kit lens works great when well-lit. You will love the camera!

My daughter has gotten into video and photography through a video program at her school. I bought this camera based on the features and price. I could have bought something a little more advanced for about the same money used, but since it was a birthday gift I wanted to give her something new. So far this camera has lived up to our expectations and she's very happy with it. Dad did good!

It is a good camera but I ended up exchanging it for a Gx85 which is my opinion offers more features for the price. Overall if you don't care about in body stabilization and camera build quality it is actually a pretty good budget camera with decent "4k" capabilities and good pictures as well.

Haven’t used the camera much but I didn’t realize how bulky it was. The quality of the camera is okay. I wish the lens were a little bit more cheaper.camera Feels cheap
