Player is good but always freezes at same spot when playing 2001 space odyssey 4K Blu-ray.

This Blu-ray disc player has nice features and the remote works great, except there does not seem to be a button to bring up information about how far into the movie I am, or how long the movie is.

Movie is all great but they the salesman said they will have all the updated apps like hboMax disney but that was a lie

I researched for weeks to find a most recommended Blu ray player. This model continuously came up on multiple sites. So I bought it. I hate it. I have a 15 year old Sony that is better than this piece of crap. It has hardly any apps. There are long load times. The pictures on Blu Rays and Streaming apps are dull and not clear and crisp. I have better pictures on my 10 year old desk top. I thought the problem might be my HDMI cord, so I bought a new updated one. That did not give me a better picture. I would expect this quality from a $100 player not a $250. one. I am very unhappy and will not buy Panasonic again.

Easy to install and setup and works great. Strongly recommend to others.

The blu-ray player is very good; unfortunately I purchased an “excellent” open box buy...all that was in the box was the player and the power cord...missing was the remote and hdmi cable...so much for trying to save money...lesson learned...

This is my first time doing a open box deal. Supposed to me excellent condition. It wasn’t bagged like most things are in the box and I immediately noticed there’s no remote inside. Witch is extremely disappointing. I’ve had n the worst luck with ordering things online since memorial weekend during sells. Every order there’s something wrong, I hate returning and exchanging things. Since I’m not seeing this available online anymore I really hope i have no issues exchanging it for one that has everything included. I also didn’t like it wasn’t put in another brown box. Thank goodness I was home. Everyone could see what it was and so easily been stolen. And the heat would of been terrible for it. I’m now concerned if it’s been damaged from the shipment since it didn’t have very much security or cushion in the inside of the box. Also I think it should state in discrimination what it says in the manual. It runs really hot and will need to be unplugged when it does for more then 3 mins at a time. I never have to unplug my DVD players for that I’m the past and this one cost 3 times as much then and DVD player I’ve ever purchased in the past. Definitely having regrets on this purchase. I wouldn’t recommend it just cause if the manual. My kids aren’t great at turning things off and we stream some days all day long and so how many breaks will we end up taking for item to cool off on those days? I didn’t upgrade to have it be a Pain I’m the neck or to worry about a fire hazard. It also says to not have it enclosed on a shelf or cupboard. That’s a lil high maintenance for me
