I bought this to replace a glitchy player. So far, it's doing a great job. Easy to use and plays all my DVDs.

Got this to replaced expensive Sony, froze up twice and had to unplug to get Netflix to load, works for an hour and the becomes unresponsive to any input. Very slow disc read and very slow response to ap loading. Interface with Netflix is ver very slow and poor. First time trying a Panasonic since vcr days. Looking at Samsung but it appears best no longer carries their brand in ultra hd 4K Blu-ray players Two bad purchase in a few weeks. Locks up more frequently than the Sony which is a bad thing.

Much difficulty setting up the 3D feature of the Blu-ray DVD player. Needs more clarification, more information.

Had this since February 17 2020 and after not using it for about 6 months it will randomly turn off. I did the upgrade and reboot. This did not fix issue. I will be returning this next time I visit a beat buy

I found all the options and side options had me confused and the remote has more buttons than any remote I've ever had. I give up. I'm going to return this. I dont have the tech savvy I think this requires..

It works well, once it works. It's possible that you will first receive a broken unit which you will have to exchange to get a working unit. This is becoming more and more of a problem, and I am done leaving good reviews just because "they fixed the problem." When I buy a premium product, I expect it to work the first time. I don't want to be your QA team. I work a full time job and it's a pain in the rear end to find time to ship this thing (which I had to pay for, they didn't compensate me for the label). It's a good player when you actually manage to get your hands on a working one.

Hard to determine how to turn on closed captioning. Has cc button, but other menus and settings are required to do so each time. Also, lots of picture quality and other options, but on-line manual does not explain them.

Very good price for a 4k player. You can connect an external hard drive and play mp4 or mkv movies as well.

Great player, easy to use. It replaced my previous player that was 10 years old.

This product has a service life of about two months, in other words, just long enough to make it unreturnable to Best Buy. I had exchanged my original purchase for the same model in August, and it broke after the return period. This is one of the worst pieces of garbage that I have ever bought from Best Buy. Panasonic is of no help either. I will likely dispute the transaction on my credit card.

This doesn’t work with Hulu. Can’t get the app or add it as a selection. Apparently Panasonic no longer has some kind of agreement.

Best 4k player out there coming from an lg player to this is a night and day difference

Excellent 4K player. Loads quickly and produces excellent video and sound.

This is great. A brilliant 4K Blu-ray player, with an attractive price tag to boot.

For the price it does almost everything but if you don't need everything it has it's too expensive

Directions are not great. The hdmi cable is very short and won't reach the side of the tv. Can't comment on quality and such till I figure out a way to move it closer to the tv.

I just bought this product a couple of days ago. I was excited until I started looking for some real apps such as Disney plus ir HBO max!! What a buch of crap!! Don’t buy this mess!! It’s a joke. The only popular apps are Netflix and prime video.. The rest of these apps are Worthless... a waist of time!!! ( russia. Tv and bollywood apps) No thanks!! Will return ASAP!!!

It is a bit of a pain to install. It kept wanting to take over the control of all the devices through it's remote.
