Outstanding player excellent picture fantastic sound. Can’t go wrong with this player

The video is amazing in 4K. Even regular dvds look better. The audio is excellent.

I have owned different brands of 4K Bluray players in the past few years - trying to achieve the Best Experience in Picture and Sound when watching movies in a Home Theater setup.The Panasonic UB9000 is without a doubt the Best at both than any other model available in the market today.

Couldn't even get Atmos or Dolby Vision off of USB content. Great picture on Bluray. But this is no Oppo. Returned it and went with a Sony.

The unit has adjustments for tone mapping to optimize HDR.

I purchased this as it supposedly paired well with the JVC-RS4500k projector. This is one of the most expensive players on the market and it's SOOO SLOOOOOW. The interface looks like something from the '90s. It has several high-end features but falls short on the basic things. The remote is over complicated for what you need and the menu and interface are dreadfully slow. Did I mention it's SLOW? Netflix is built-in but the so-called "App" store is empty. It's a fine player, but not worth 10X the cost of a regular bluray player.

So...I'm a tech nerd and I bought this to go with my 65" LG OLED, along with my Yahama Adventage Receiver. All I can say is....wow. I bought the Avengers Endgame 4K DVD to try, and it's better than the theater. It's expensive for a DVD player...but I can't argue with the results....

So far the unit is very impressive, has a lot of neat features which enhance the movie watching experience. On a final note the unit highlighted so many shortcomings with my entertainment system especially sound quality i had to upgrade my entire set up to match the quality this blueray brings with it.

Love this 4k Ultra Blu-ray player. Produces a clean and clear picture.

Does not seize up like the other blue ray players we have bought however we feel the Sony gives a better picture for the price. Setting the Picture quality takes quite a bit of adjustment to get it where you want but that is typical of higher end equipment as it’s more technically advanced. Additionally the streaming capabilities are limited. We are sticking with this for now as it seems an overall better unit.

Quiet, sleek, powerful and the audio output as well as the visual is absolutely stunning. I hemmed and hawed because of the price. I wish it could be cheaper. But in the end very glad to have purchased. I watch movies in a new light

This thing is a beast! Looks, feels, and plays like a high end component! Blows away my Sony 4K Blu-ray player! Definitely completes my home theater!

I've had several blu ray players but this one is the best. I can see why it is so expensive. Bought the protection plan and hope I never have to use it. Highly recommend.

This would not play 4k movies without the paint blur on the screen. I returned it the very next day. I've read mostly good things about this bluray but my experince was not good, however my rep said he's never heard of that before. So before arrive in town I'll go ahead order another one and have them set it up because i have an audiophile system at home thats not easy for beginners like myself. I will not recommend at this time

It ticks all the boxes as far as picture quality goes but lacked the features I need. The HDR Optimizer is the main feature I bought it for but everything else is lacking.
