    I actually purchased two of these while on sale at Best Buy. I can say that I have not been disappointed. My only issue (which is not related to the product itself) is that Redbox charges more for Blu ray DVDs.

    This isn't the best player, but for the money it fit the bill for me. The interface is kinda awful, the startup time isn't as good as Sony or Samsung (but it was also 15 bucks cheaper then either one). After power on, you have to give it a little time for the tray to open. Don't really use it for anything but disc's, I briefly tried some online content and it worked (Have Roku's that do all that stuff so much better then anything else).

    I bought this for one of my kid's room to replace an older DVD player. It was easy to setup, plus it has wireless access to make it easy in the future for software updates or to give them access to the apps.

    Easy to set up & use. The "smart features" worked great as well. Batteries for the remote included, dont forget to buy an HDMI cable, as one is not included.

    Worked for one day and now glitches video wise nonstop, playing dvds are impossible. I literally got a brand new tv show no scratches and it glitched out after one episode. It also scuffed my new dvds. I also tried to update the firmware and it would not connect to my internet. None of my other devices have this issue so it’s definitely the player. Would not recommend this device to my worst enemy and will be taking it back for a refund. In short do not buy this item.
