She took me to this. I didn't know and she didn't either that they don't currently make blu ray portable players. If that was the case I would have purchased a portable DVD player which I wanted to purchase for my grandson as the one he has broke. I didn't look at it assuming that the associate gave me what I was asking for. Unfortunately, my daughter ripped the box it came in so she is going to keep it and buy my grandson a portable DVD player. So I don't know how it works. She is keeping it for herself and will hook it up to her tv system.

Ok for the price

I was using a first generation Xbox 360 (non HDMI) to stream Netflix and never had a problem. With this unit after about 30 min to an hr of streaming it will just freeze and I have to unplug the power source and restart the device. This is very annoying when trying to watch several episodes of a series or a movie. Spend an extra $40 and get a better unit.

Noway to update them through the Wi-Fi, it needs a seperate PC and USB glash drive for updates. It is a 10 year old machine they are still selling. I returned it.

Good BluRay Player w/ integrated Wifi

Wifi seems to have pretty good range, and the Netflix integration also helps. Software does seem to lag a bit, but this is the only drawback to what is otherwise a very capable player.
