It was a peice of junk

Spend 2 hours on "chat" trying to update this crap, It won't not connect to internet. So check the age of electronic before you buy.

Slow to respond but otherwise good

Junk straight out of box.

Updated firmware with no improvement. Since it is past 15 days Best Buy will do nothing. Have to mail in to Panasonic. No exchanges or store credit, just stuck with it. And I was on hold only 30 minutes to find this all out. Walmart here I come.
