This was on sale during Black Friday so I picked one up. Well I need to upgrade my other players now and will be buying two more.

Slow to respond but otherwise good

Decent Budget DVD Player

Junk straight out of box.

Updated firmware with no improvement. Since it is past 15 days Best Buy will do nothing. Have to mail in to Panasonic. No exchanges or store credit, just stuck with it. And I was on hold only 30 minutes to find this all out. Walmart here I come.

Did not work well.

Tried it on 2 TV's with the same result. Was not consistance with playing USB files. Sometimes it would play a file and then the next time it was unable to play same file. Worked well for playing DVD's

If you are experiencing issues with playing specific files and the unit is freezing please reset the settings to the factory defaults. Turn on the unit and press and hold the OK, Y and B buttons on the remote control at the same time for more than 5 seconds. “00 RET” is displayed on the unit’s display. Then press the arrow right button repeatedly on the remote control until “08 FIN” is displayed on the unit’s display. Following that press and hold the OK button on the remote control for more than 5 seconds. Please also make sure that the player is using the latest firmware update that is available for this model. Hope this helps! - S
Great for blu-rays but internet performance lags

Even with a great wi-fi signal, it will sometimes start to lag and freezes up, requiring you to restart it in order to continue watching your show.

Great Value-Good Features
