    This is the first Panasonic blu-ray player that we've owned. Our Sony can be very selective in the disc that it will play & that's why we purchased this one. So far so good!

    The quality is poor not only is National Lampoon’s Christmas vacation produced in 1989 grainy but my home movies are grainy as well. What am I comparing it to? a Sony DVD Blu-ray player that I bought in 2003?

    Good for discs, times out on Netflix have to reset. Frustrating when you pause a Netflix or Hulu show for too long you have to reset the power on the box or it will stay frozen. So internet access is okay but not 100% reliable for constant streaming. Not a show stopper, but frustrating.

    It was a peice of junk, the unit was made 10 years ago and had the same firmware. Spend 2 hours on "chat" trying to update this crap, It won't not connect to internet. So check the age of electronic before you buy.
