    Good quality Blu-ray/DVD player, much better than the last Sony that I had which kept dropping the signal. Very convenient access to Netflix - Very happy with it!

    Good for discs, times out on Netflix have to reset. Frustrating when you pause a Netflix or Hulu show for too long you have to reset the power on the box or it will stay frozen. So internet access is okay but not 100% reliable for constant streaming. Not a show stopper, but frustrating.

    Works good, basic features, nothing fancy. WiFi connection could be stronger, tends to disconnect/lose signal at the END of the show. Bedroom is a little ways from the WiFi, but nothing else quits. But good value for the $$.

    This would be the perfect machine, if only the internal processor wasn't SO slow. Often, the lag will cause functions to "time out" before they start up. This is NOT a wireless issue. I have the internet connected directly via cat5. Thankfully, I have a Roku to fall back on.

    Nothing against Best Buy but the unit was terrible. It stopped working and would crash constantly in less than two months. And the navigation system was a pain. We had to return it and get a refund.
