To make sure it wasn't the tv I took a blue ray player from another room and hooked to tv and picture was fine. Took back to Best Buy and exchanged for same model and this one has been working fine for the past few weeks without any issues. Hopefully the last one was just a bad one and is not an indication of how this one will work.

Very slow streeming

It said it worked well with that but it doesn't. Dvd player works well and remote is small and works well too. I got three of these and one out of the three works ok. They r all in the same house but only one works well. Price was good but really it's just a DVD player. That you can somewhat watch net flix on.

Right out of the box, after setting up network(wif), it prompted for upgrade. I let it download and install new firmware version. After a week, same thing again. Now, it just hangs and doesn't download or let me abort. After power cycling multiple times, it lets me play DVD. One of the worse purchases I ever made. Want to return but I threw the box away.
