    Although the product itself works okay, the DVD player doesn't easily read the commands from the remote. The buttons themselves aren't hard to press but the delay is a drag. And then my internet connection is strong, so why it has to "search" for connection every single time I want to Netflix via the DVD player is beyond me. If you DO need Netflix connection via a Blu Ray player, I would not recommend this one.

    Seemed like the run-of-the-mill Blu-ray player with the bonus online service availability of Netflix & YouTube. However my player began showing signs of it being defective after about 6 months of use. Couldn't return it to BB thanks to their new return policy of less than 15 days for a return, which is completely ridiculous. Panasonic won't take it back either. Think I'm finished with both companies.

    I had to take it back because it would turn off after about 10 min. And even the remote wouldn't work. We would have to unplug it then plug it back in, it would work again for 10 min. Then turn off again. We bought a Samsung wifi blue ray instead it is working great. Best Buy was awesome at letting us do an even exchange.
