Too Slow

The buttons themselves aren't hard to press but the delay is a drag. And then my internet connection is strong, so why it has to "search" for connection every single time I want to Netflix via the DVD player is beyond me. If you DO need Netflix connection via a Blu Ray player, I would not recommend this one.

Wish mine wasn't defective

However my player began showing signs of it being defective after about 6 months of use. Couldn't return it to BB thanks to their new return policy of less than 15 days for a return, which is completely ridiculous. Panasonic won't take it back either. Think I'm finished with both companies.

would of been great but was defective

We would have to unplug it then plug it back in, it would work again for 10 min. Then turn off again. We bought a Samsung wifi blue ray instead it is working great. Best Buy was awesome at letting us do an even exchange.

You get what you pay for

It freezes daily and you need to unplug and reboot it constantly. Ok for Blue Rays but the internet streaming sucks really bad, It's the device not my high speed connection.

The same thing with the open/close button for the disc tray. Not sure if we got a defective unit. Need to take it back and exchange it.
