Well, a free month of pandora came with a gift I purchased on Black Friday. Before Christmas I got an email that the month was almost over and I could "Renew for $9.99 a month" What a deal- lol Stupid. They haven't even opened the present yet- how/why would the time start at purchase instead of at activation??? I do think Pandora is great, just this little incentive or reward is lame

Poor product & concept of delivery. Disliked how the 1 month started immediately. Unlike most other trial addons or bonuses such as shutterfly or youtube premium, one could not decide when their month begins; Therefore, not able to maximize the benefits. Additionally, Rewards points were not awarded. Extremely disappointed at this addon to a relatively high value order.

I was gifted this subscription when I purchased my headphones. I do not use this music service unless it’s mandatory.

This is a purchase addon. This is a free trial program that activates on purchase date. Does not identify you already have an account. I guess it would be ok if you didn't already have an account, but I got double billed after not canx after 30 days, for 3 months, that was my mistake

Beware - you don't actually have to activate this to use it. You are automatically enrolled and if you do not cancel, your Best Buy credit card will be charged to keep it active. Luckily I found this out before it was too late and cancelled online Best Buy. My account cancelled fine after the trial ended, no issues.

Completely insane that they're forcing this on people. If you buy any product offers this as an add-on, do yourself a favor and skip. Going right back to the age-old artist tradition of cramming a mixtape into a passerby's hands then demanding payment.

Be careful when you buy products that come with Pandora...for some reason it was activated when i bought my headset. I already had pandora so this was an added unwanted expense.

This was automatically added to my order and my credit card information was saved and billled after a month of my initial order purchase. I did not activate said subscription but was still billed. Very poor taste of bestbuy to do this.

This came along with a purchase that was a gift. As I bought it 12/1 and didn't give it to the recipient until 12/25, I didn't get to use it at all. Glad I didn't pay for it or would be really disappointed.

Bestbuy is charging me 10.71 for a subscription I never even used and if you buy the subscription on pandora it's only 4.99 be mindful with bestbuy it's about money not the customer now the trying not to give my money back

I never used this service and I was charged for this as subscription and team is not able to refund and you are looting my money. Highly disappointed with this service. I hope never by again a product at best buy.

They give you this crap free for 3 months and then auto renew automatic and charge to your credit card. I didn't even want this they force you to get it, I bought a monitor and they gave me this without even ask me
