    I love pandora but as an existing Pandora member, I was not able to use this to upgrade my account from Pandora + to Pandora premium. Spent about 30+ mins on the phone with Best Buy customer service and after the 5th transfer to a new agent, just requested they cancel the order. Disappointed as Pandora is an awesome service and was looking forward to using this.
