It is made primarily of shiny polyester material. It's not very warm. Lights are not bright enough and are not adjustable.

Great hat!

The lights are very bright and easy to reach to turn on and off. I also bought the spare batteries as they were cheaper when bundled with the hats. The blaze orange will show up well during hunting season, and he also plans to wear these outside while snowblowing to give him some light. Customer service was very helpful when I called a week or so after ordering them, as the price had gone down, so I was able to price match both hats. Thank you!

Does a decent job, but not great

The battery's were pretty much worn out when I received the caps. The angle of the lights are spot on and make it nice walking at night.
