I wasn't sure about this film when I bought it, but it was great! I can see why it won best picture.

Need to watch a couple of times to understand all the interesting intent of the intricate plot. Good acting.

Buy criterion for the bonus materials; buy the 4K from universal for the picture and audio quality

Parasite was a very interesting movie. Not at all what I expected, but I think it was definitely over hyped. It wasn’t as amazing as people made it out to be, but it definitely was entertaining and worth the money I spent on it.

Best Picture of 2019. Truly a remarkable thriller that keeps you at the edge of your seat throughout the entire runtime.

This movie was decent but not sure how it won the Academy Award for 2019. I would much more recommend some of the other nominated movies such as Once Upon A Time in Hollywood, JoJo Rabbit, or Beautiful Day In The Neighborhood.

Had to see based on all the awards. It was awkward at first trying to read subtitles and watch movie at the same time. As it progressed, I got use to it and enjoyed the plot and characters. Overall, I enjoyed the suspense!

After winning the Oscar to great fanfare, I came in expecting too much... probably... I'll watch it again, and my rating will probably rise. Can good people do really bad things? Yes. Should they make movies elevating this premise? I don't know, but they do, and we watch, and I watch. The insight into Korean society, and its parallels to American society, is revealing. I put the subtitles on in all the movies I watch, but I just don't like being forced to read them to follow the movie... and I miss some of the subtleties of the acting - which was very good. At this point I'm sticking with 3 out of 5 stars.
