dont buy it
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The problem with this drone is the same thing that makes it unique, the gimbal is just a great thing until you bump it into something and find out that it is flimsy and easy to damage. That's when you find out that it cant be repaired or replaced because parrot doesn't even sell the part to fix it. If I could get the part I could fix it myself .I have several drones and have repaired all of them when a problem arose that's part of the fun. I planed to do the same with this one, but the parts cant be found anywhere

YOU CAN NOT GET PARTS FOR THIS DRONE....

IF YOU CRASH IT (AND THAT HAPPENS TO THE BEST OF US) AND BREAK A PART OTHER THAN THE BLADES OR BATTERY YOU ARE OUT OF LUCK...PARROT IS FALSELY ADVERTISING A ONE YEAR WARRANT ON PARTS BUT THEY DON'T HAVE ANY PARTS...THIS IS A SHAM..CALL BESTBUY AND ASK THEM ABOUT THIS ISSUE...PERSONALLY I THINK BESTBUY SHOULD DISCONTINUE SALES OF PARROT ANAFI DRONES UNTIL THEY CAN HONOR THEIR WARRANTY AS STATED..

Beware - NO support after warranty
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I like this drone a lot. It's light and the camera quality is very good, but Parrot does not offer support after their warranty expires. You can't even pay them for repairs.

Broke after 3 days - no support!

All the communications stopped between smartphone and the controller and later between smartphone and the drone. Also, 2 times I could not turn it off! As soon as I turned it off the drone would boot up again by itself! If you want technical support, you need to call to England and pay international charges! No US technical or warranty phone number! I reinstalled the app 10 times, tried different smartphone and cables - no luck! Very poor quality item for a lot of money without any support which ruined my vacations! Buy different brand!
