Good Movie. Good picture and sound quality. This is definitely a different type of movie that has both a moral subject matter and a fairly good story. Some rushed to finish movie at the end that left you feel like is this all they could come up with? Really weak in fact but still good movie.

This movie was excellent when I watched it in theaters and the story line keeps you hooked and wanting to go along for the ride. But the one thing I gotta say is get this movie in 4K! This is if not one of the best 4K uhd movies I've bought in my collection. Colors and crispness details definitely pops!

It seemed like many of the reviews for this movie were pretty poor, but I'm a sucker for anything sci fi. While I can see where some of the negative points come from, I thoroughly enjoyed the movie for what it was. It entertained us throughout. 4K video and Atmos sound was top notch as well.

It was a nice change from all the retreads Hollywood has been putting out. An original story with very good acting by Jennifer Lawrence. And Christ Pratt shows some range too. Especially in the first space walk scene. I won't spoil it but when you see it you will know what I mean. Enjoy a nice escape,

I love the three main actors in this movie and really enjoyed them together. I hoped that the best scenes were not shown in the previews and was very happy that they weren't. I liked the premise of the movie and the chemistry between the main characters. This is a movie we will watch again and again.

It's a Love Story plain and simple. Excellent performances by Jlaw and Chris Pratt as they are the only actors for most of the scenes. Breathtaking background scenes and maybe a look into how we will expand to the stars. Interesting twist at the end. Loved it, but I'm a sucker for happy endings.

Space movies never disappoint in a home theater setup. The bass hits you when it should and Atmos height effects can be well appreciated. Good story line. Keeps you engaged throughout the movie.

Stunning visuals and compelling story about long journey on a luxury space vessel. Look for the different styles in decorations on each cruise ship rooms, and of course great acting by Jennifer Lawrence and Chris Pratt. Visually stunning!

Definitely suggest this movie to sci-fi romance fans. Chris Pratt has exceptional facial emotions that tell a lot. Not a big fan of Jennifer Lawrence in this one, but gets the job done. Fishburne feels miscast as well. All in all, in entertaining film with great 3d and special effects.

I was unsure about this purchase as I heard the reviews were mixed but I really enjoyed it. The acting was good, the special effects did not dominate the the film like some action films, and it had a great story line. This ones a keeper for my collection and I intend on watching it again very soon.

I did not see this in the theatre. I decided to just buy it straight out of the gate on this Tuesday release date. It was not like most space movies that have come out over the years. No aliens at all. Just about human feelings and relationships. It's worth the price in gold. Loved it.

I passed on this movie for a long time, but when it went on sale, I thought why not? I was pleasantly surprised. I actually enjoyed it. I really don't care much for Jennifer Lawrence but I was able to look past her and focused on the movie. I love the special effects with the pool.

Spaceship carrying passengers to another plant in hibernation pods. Chris Platt is awaken 90 years before the destination is reached. Alone for a year he decides to awake Jennifer Lawrence. Continuing watching the movie to see if that decision saves the entire spaceship !

Passengers is one of the best looking 4K movies I've seen. The visuals are gorgeous, including the incredible spaceship. Chris Pratt and Jennifer Lawrence have great chemistry. Passengers had the opportunity to be a unique sci-fi film, but the story ends up being kind of predictable.

Interesting cameo performances by Lawrence Fishburn for about 20 minutes and Andy Garcia for about 30 seconds. Very cool movie in 3d, special effects are top notch and the storyline is not totally lame at least Pratt and Lawrence have decent chemistry in this love-hate-love flick.

I really enjoyed watching this movie even though I am generally not to much into sci-fi movies. The cinematography was excellent and so was the acting. The story line was interesting and riveting. An excellent movie to watch on a large screen. I have added it to my collection. enjoy!

My 1st 4K movie purchase and I'm very pleased with the entire process. It was the only copy in the store, located by customer service after I had looked everywhere. Jennifer Lawrence is stunning and Chris Pratt pulls everything together. Graphics are out of this world....pun intended!

Let me start by saying I am NOT a fan of Jennifer Lawrence, but she was good in this film along with Chris Pratt who is almost always good in everything he is in. I won't spoil the plot but i'll say this is a great science fiction "what if" story and it looks great on blu ray

Rented this once in "1080p" from a digital provider and found the movie entertaining. Once we purchased a Marantz receiver from Best Buy, we decided to purchase the movie in 4K/HDR/DTS-MA and really enjoy the experience. Very interesting plotline, my wife and I were entertained throughout.
