I don't like the idea of no information booklet, or instructions on how to operate windows 10. I am trial by error here. Still trying to figure things out and I've had this pc almost a month now. Need help. I would recommend this to a friend IF he was computer savey And hard to figure email.

Bought this when Win 7 OS died and forced to go to Win 10. It is a good computer for the casual user. I haven't had it long enough to form many opinions, other than for Win 10...which I hate. The computer itself is functioning as it should without any functional hardware issues.

Our computer suddenly "died" and we needed to buy a replacement. The young lady from the geek squad was very helpful in advising us what to buy. We are happy with HP and even they didn't know what caused this sudden problem. BootMGR missing. Hope the new one lasts a while.

Purchased 2 Samsung S3 Tablets in "Open Box" Promotion online. Received them way ahead of schedule. Really happy with the tablets, but one has an speaker cutting out intermittently. I'll take it in to my best buy store to see how they handle fixing it,

I needed to replace a 9 year old HP pc on which I used Windows 7. I was very comfortable with this and find the new computer confusing and more difficult to use. As an older (78) person, I hope won't have to replace this computer any time soon.

I have had the PC for a month or so and it did have 1 issue. It wouldn't let me get to windows after I shut down and restarted. I brought back to bestbuy and the geek squad got it working again. Thank you! Overall a very nice PC so far.

Overall it is a good product. The speed is good. The problem is Windows 10. It dogs it down, suck memory and tries to be propitiatory I like the machine but don't like the OS..

Haven't had it long enough to do a thorough review. But this desktop is mainly for my parents for web-browsing and social media. It's got great specs for that and more. I'm actually wishing my computer was on par with it.

I would have rated this 5 Stars & Outstanding, but it doesn't have speakers. I didn't know it when I bought it or I would have bought another model. Now I have to Buy speakers!!!!! Very frustrating!!!!

I am pretty happy with this. I may be mad, but I swear that this graphics card...which is better than my old one, makes a better picture on my 50" screen. Pretty stoked with this replacement/ upgrade

Smaller than expected but great choice. I never buy anything but HP!

Brought this computer whip hopes of being able to have a nice fast computer at home for myself, 3 days later had to bring back due to will not load up. Return was Almost EASY.

I have always liked HP computers and AMD processors and this filled the bill. This is my first experience with Windows 10, but I knew I would have to use it sooner or later.

I needed a computer to replace my slow old computer and the Best Buy clerk was very helpful and understood my needs, and no pressure to buy something I did not need!.

I have had other HP products in the past. They always perform well & lasted long after their recommend product life. This HP does not disappoint.

Very pleased with this purchase. We've had trouble in the past transferring from the old tower, not this time. Comes with new keyboard and mouse.

I actually returned this. I decided I wanted a All In One...I was able to return it with no problem....The Associates are great!!!!

My old computer was 9 years old....Windows 10 is does not have familiar features.
