Great start for finance project

Slow

I thought this would be a good PC but it's slow and it will not do what I need. I have made up grades to it and it's still slow. The processor can't be over clocked and the DDR4 ram is way to expensive. I'm going to buy an Acer in a few days and sell this one to recoup some of my loss
