Takes it's time to load things. Especially sometimes on the internet. My old laptop is faster.

I was pleased to buy this computer on sale. It has worked well. I would of like to have had a little more beginning information on how to use it. with problems and etc. I had a hard time trying to connect with my printer and ended up buying a new one.

It's fine. As far as I can tell, the tower does what towers do.

I have owned dozens of computers including HP. I currently have 7 operating computers. This is the least desirable I have ever owned. The fan is distractingly noisy. Wish I could return it.

I bought an HP Pavillion. I immediately had problems when I began downloading the built-in updates. Some of them worked while others did not. I ended up having to ask for HP Assistance. After taking remote control of my computer and looking around they determined I had a faulty Hard Drive and needed a new one. I was forced to send them my brand new computer for them to replace it. So I would not recommend this computer. Even setting the hard drive issue aside, I still don't recommend it. The computer is slow and has way too many different settings that are just there to steal as much information from the user as possible. Overall: no good.

I use many different computers at work every day. 10 of them are at my desk. There’s not enough video ports and the computer just didn’t boot properly every time. Slow and slower. Don’t buy!

Extremely slow system, onboard audio had sound drop out issues, fresh os recovery didn't fix same for fresh windows install from usb so faulty board within 2 weeks

I had this computer less than a week and it had the blue screen of death show up. It locked up and would not do anything else.

This computer is super bad many problems from the beginning to the end only three months.

A good basic computer for the price. Could use more RAM

Desktop has served us well since 2017. Needing to replace the CPU fan but otherwise overall great desktop.

Easy start up, very fast compared to older computer. Like the large storage hard drive.

The keyboard is small and flat like a laptop which I am not fond of. The CD player is flimsy and super hard to put a disc in. I keep getting an error beep then the keyboard stops working. I have to restart the computer and can't save my work because I can't type the name of the document. Lots of errors in the event viewer. The printer that came with it for $29.99 can't locate the modem because it is outdated and can't use WPA2 encryption. Now I need to find about 8 feet of USB cable to hook my printer up where it has to sit. Most of the USB ports are in the back and my desktop sits on the floor so that is going to be a pain. I really wish I had waited for a suitable Dell product to be in stock and on sale.

If I could give this computer 0 stars I would. Within 2 days the system froze and then crashed and I could not repair itself with the HP repair tools. Had to do a factory reset that took over 5 hours to complete because the pc again froze during reinstall. Next morning the pc again began freezing and I could not close or open any icons. Took it back and got a dell. Never again HP.

Purchased and worked for 10 months and then received error message that the critical process died. Beyond frustrating.

Won't accept my password. The keyboard is really small. Not user friendly. Didn't install until the second rebooting. Not worth the price or frustration.

So far since I have hooked this up it has crashed 3 times. It starts to load the crashes saying there is an error and needs to restart. I will be taking it back and trying again, we will see it I just got a dud.... I will update with new results good or bad. Fingers crossed for good.
