Have had constant problems with this computer but Geek Squad are working on it. Very nice associates but problem seems to be illusive, like take a car in for a noise & it seems fine.

This system is an amazing deal for the price! Just to buy the processor and built in graphics would almost be the cost, not to mention Win10 x64. For it to be in the A12 series and the architecture (granted a little wonky) it out performs many i5+. When comparing these systems please remember AMD is on the graphics side while Intel is on the multitasking side. This A12 gives the best of both worlds and at the minimal cost! Bought to upgrade for gaming and streaming purposes. The only drawback that I had found was the Power Supply at 180 however average joe will not do anything about, but an easy fix/upgrade nonetheless. For $350 on BF AWESOME deal!

I got this PC on sale Cyber Monday but did not not give it to myself til Christmas. I set it up and and I'm very happy with its performance and ease of operation. It replaces and old XP machine that was in the family room and obviously no longer supported. There are other windows 10 laptops around the house and this is faster. I see it is back to regular price, but if you catch it on sale grab it!

Its a computer. It turns on. Technically it works. Since its an HP thats about it. Allow for plenty of time in your schedule to complete simple tasks.

The one I got has significant problems, very slow startup, very slow to go into standby mode, very slow to wake up, or won't without forced restart, looses the cursor in the middle of a session, doesn't interface correctly with my printer. Every session is problems in a different way. Unless my IT person can fix it tomorrow, it's going back!

It has worked very well so far. It is replacing a 7 year old HP. I like that It can hook up two monitors. Easy to work on. Small size is nice.

I have been a long time HP user. This model would suddenly shut down in the middle of a task. I returned it and Best Buy gave me a new one. The second one did the same thing! Took it back and now am trying a Dell.

Purchased two of these machines for a small office. One didn't even turn on (and it had been to long to return) and the other can't even run standard internet with multiple tabs without freezing.

Slow. That pretty much sums up this machine. Especially when trying to wake it up or when first turning it on. I will be replacing this HP product with something other than HP.

Returned after 1 week due to it freezing after coming out of sleep mode. I received my full refund from a courteous professional staff.

Set up and start up without a hitch. Fast and plays games well for being integrated graphics. Price shopped and they matched- Excellent deal for the money.
