Use it for home use and its been a great purchase.

Great PC for a lite home user. All my programs work fast.

No complaints on operation, though all the shelves in the door are too narrow to hold even a ketchup bottle, so all stuff we use3d to keep in the doors have to be stored on the main shelves, taking up valuable storage space.

My computer could not install my locally connected printer. HP worked several hours to get it to work and later had to call them again. I do not like the way the new office outlook works. I don't really like ever having to buy a new computer. It is always hard to set up a new one and transfer your files, contacts, etc. I do not like the vertical DVD player because I'm on the wrong side of the player to install discs. I do not have room to set the computer on the other side of my desk.

I know I originally thought this was a great computer when I got it Black Friday 2017 that was before it went back to the HP repair center in April had the CPU replaced then 3 months later sent back again CPU and mother board replaced this time all from just normal use no gaming. I am pretty sure I am going to end up with an expensive paper weight when the warranty runs out. I am disabled took 4 years to save for this on a Black Friday sale it was suppose to be my last PC for the remainder of my life I certainly can not afford another in the time I have left you would think a refund would be in order when a product is this bad. HP use to be a great company I have no idea what went wrong with them and no longer recommend them to anyone.

I was looking for a new computer to stream to my projector. This one filled the bill nicely.

The computer shuts off without any warning or the keyboard and mouse quits working at the same time. The HP tech told me that it was malware even though I have Avast. He said NO GOOD you need a paid antivirus. So, after my computer finished the long process of recovery the very first thing I did was get the paid version of Avast even though I doubted the malware theory. I was right. Two days later the computer shut off without any warning. Today, the keyboard and mouse quit working. This is my last HP product.

Happy with this purchase. Was looking for a PC that didn’t need all the bells and whistles.

It came with windows 10 installed ,I am not crazy about 10 but the computer works great

A little slower than i had hoped, but overall a good deal for the price.
