The Geek techs did exctly what needed to be done -- and did it quite fast! I was without my old broken-down computer for only a a couple of days. It was nice to folow the rogress on line!

Picked this up for my daughter. Setup was straightforward no issues. So far everything performing as expected. Can even play World of Warcraft (in low setting) with no lag issues!

so got this bad boy home, broke the box open, got everything setup and then realized, dang I need to run an Ethernet cable to it. Now seeing how this was being setup in a home office, the router is no where near it. In another room actually. So the computer is firing up and as its going through setup i break out the extra long Ethernet cable (100ft) and start figuring out a plan to run the cable through the walls so itll be hidden and make a little command jack to the office and right before i get started, boom a voice from the computer says, now lets setup your wifi.... Mind Blown, BOOOOOM!!!!!

PC is set up nicely but could use more than one USB on the front panel. the programs and features on the PC are good enough for what I needed for email, internet browsing, running a business, and even streaming. The price was great.

Most of the desktops online are refurbished, but this one is new and at a price point that made it a great deal. It has plenty of memory and hard drive space to do all I need to.

Have used this for a couple weeks now and am well pleased with it. It runs fairly fast. This is the first HP that I have had and is better than the other machines I have had.

Open box desk top computer saved money I took it home and plugged it in works great and I didn’t have to get rid of any packaging

Computer, wireless mouse and keyboard and 20" monitor are awesome! Very fast, responsive and great graphics - love the new PC! I would highly recommend this PC to anyone...

Needed a new one, due to Direct Lightning hit. First time with windows 10. Because I am a diehard windows 7 person. the 10 seems to be very easy to learn. Like it so far

Great desktop for home use. I don't game or stream so I can't comment about that but for what I need this desktop fits the bill.

We purchased this computer to replace an old, out-dated Dell. We have been very happy with this purchase and feel it is an excellent computer for the price we paid.

Was easy to reassemble all the wiring back together. The quickness of sign on was appreciated. Love that computer sleeps if not used within 10 minutes great feature

I wasn't looking for a workhorse for gaming or anything intensive. This fit the bill and was exactly what we needed for viewing basic online content and documents.

Bought this for work, use it mostly for office programs, spreadsheets starts up quickly, is quiet and does what I bought it for, haven't tried it for gaming so not sure how much it could handle.

Purchased this for my father to replace an old computer that he had. Very simple to set up and so far it has not disappointed.

My 2010 Pavilion finally died and I had to replace the tower. Great slimline that sets on my desk perfectly - and I got my photo editing program back!!!!!

I upgraded from an old desktop to this computer and the speed of the processor definitely is what I like most about the new computer. Price was right too.

Bought this because the last HP desktop finally crashed after 10 plus years of use. This new HP is moderately fast for office work but does make a lot of sound for a desktop. Other than that no other issues.

I purchased this HP computer for my church as their old computer crashed. It is working out very nicely. It is much faster and easy to operate. We love it!
