came with a virus

The virus is now addressed thru Mcaffee which had to be purchased after numerous attempts . I still can't setup a home group but have decided not to continue trying! It has only one USB port.

It is very hard to navigate. Things return on the toolbar one day, only to Disappear later. All icons disappear from desktop. Would not recommend this computer.

Too slow

So when my last HP clinked out I was told this one should be fine for me. That was a mistake, it was very slow. Could only have one program open at a time. Had to return it

We were looking for a very simple computer and our only request was that it would be able to put our photos on a disk with music attached. The sales person told us that we needed to buy office 10 as an add-on. The computer still will not do what we wanted it to do. We then purchased a video maker online and the computer is not able to put it on a disc. We are very dissatisfied with the computer and Best Buy

Did not Work

Full transparency here, this was an open box item. My understanding of open box items is that Best Buy validates the item before selling. This did not appear to be the case in this instance.
