It was a spur of the moment purchase. My old PC wouldn't boot. It had been giving me warning signs, but I was hoping it would last a little longer. Big mistake. I went to acupla other stores, checking their websites for the best deal. I was disappointed, so I figured I'd at least check what BB had in stock that I could work with. The assistance I received from the Rep was perfect. She knew her product and helped me find pretty much exactly what I needed without overselling or pushing me on to a unit I didn't need. I'm still getting used to it, but so far this HP is working out 100 times better than my last. The set up was a little annoying, but that's on Microsoft.

Excellent desktop. The SSD is what helps with the speed. I just wished this was a i5 processor. Other then that, it's a quiet, zippy machine that can get the job done for usual basic tasks.

My old computer was running really slow and need to be up dated. This HP computer tower is really fast and enjoying my computer work now.

This turned out to be an excellent computer. Ease of set up, fast speed and with the right connections, i can connect three monitors!!

Nice compact size, fast response. Have only used it for about 6 weeks not. But, so far, so good. Keyboard is slightly different from my previous one and at times can be confusing.

Does everything we need. Runs all day processing orders and shipping. Can handle multiple programs at once.

Good basic desk top - all the functionality, speed, and storage that is needed - backed by two good names - HP and Best Buy.

Although I returned this item. It was by far one of the bedt computers I’ve purchased. It had tons of storage and a ss drive.

Works great no flaws easy to use and set up can hook to anything that needs extra storage.

I just wanted a computer that would actually PLAY videos. That is what I got. I'm not really a gamer. I used to play, but no time anymore. So, I wasn't worried about that stuff. I just wanted to be able to have a little fun when off work. This was a good buy for the price. Plus, the people at the store were pretty friendly and not pushy. I appreciate that. I don't like when someone tells me what I want. I tell you and you help me narrow it down. Will be back.

We had to replace an older Dell when it died. We asked for advice from our son but he was trying to steer us towards a gaming computer so we decided to grow up and do a little research on our own.
