The computer gives me lots of advice and guidance. The keyboard is difficult to see though and therefore hard to use. Will my old keyboard work on this? It's laid out BIT DIFFERENT. You maY ALSO NOTICE THE CAPS LOCK KEEPS GOING ON, and some keys (especially vowels) keep running amock.

Good computer

Wants to put everything on the smaller drive with no option given to put it on the 1TB. Luckily my husband was able to put the files on the 1TB drive and put shortcuts on the smaller drive so they open quickly. Recommended to my sister and she also bought one.

Great computer for any level

Thought I would hate windows 10 but have not had any problems navigating it and I am not a computer person. Since I am not proficient with a computer it is also comforting to know Best Buy is there to help of needed. Have not needed them since buying this item.

Easy to install with software loaded by Best Buy.

With MS OFFICE installed by Best Buy I was able to start to learn how to use the "new" versions of MS Word, etc. and use my new email software ( which is somewhat difficult to use!). Hardware is excellent … software is taking longer to "learn".
