I have the connectors all the way in but the volume will go out and you really cant tell. I threw the receipt away and now I am stuck with them. Im going to get a different brand.

When I plugged it in, I found it had a scratchy sound when audio came through, and it was hard to discern what was being said through the mic.

Not working!

We kept trying it out and searching for answers but no luck. Hopefully I can still take it back and get a refund.
