My son used for a bit then it broke while he was trying to adjust it

This didn't last very long head band broke. Speaker sill worked.

This product did not last. The cable connections is what failed.

You definitely get what you pay for on this one. I went cheap and completely regret it. The sound is so-so when it works. Feels like half the time I am talking the other people can't hear me. Do yourself a favor and spring for a nicer setup.

We couldn't even use these for 2 hours before the echoing and reverberation was so bad that I couldn't hear and no one could here my. Unfortunately we haven't had time to take them back. We will not exchahge for an identical pair.

After purchasing a second headset, the same issues continue. Sound quality reduces over time and then non-existent. Would not recommend to anyone that wants to use more than a couple times.

My son had for 2 weeks and they broke. Poor quality, wiring came out. He is very careful with his gaming stuff.

I bought this for my sons 13 birthday. He said the speakers make krackling sounds in his ear. Need to exchange then for the regular xbox ones.

Cord is too short to game on the couch. This headset may be great for listening, but it would be really bad for the eyes. Returned immediately.

You can not hear the incoming call almost at all, do not buy it. I am not sure what kind of testing they have done on it.

Extremely poor sound quality to begin with, then it only lasted a week before the sound was gone...cheap? YES, cheap!

I would not recommend this device. Please by the cheaper one. If that one breaks it's not going to break the bank.

These headphones only worked for a week before having to return them.

My son has been using this wired communicator for the last couple of months and it is holding up great, Great sound, durable, and less expensive than most wired communicators.

I read the top reviews before purchasing this headset, thought something wrong with mine when I couldn't be heard by my online friends but recalled the product description "Communicate easily with your friends using the directional microphone that is tuned for online chats". There is only one volume button and it's for my ability to hear others, not their ability to hear me. There is no additional information in the instruction manual and have since discovered that others had the same problem, only their reviews started on pages 3 or 4. We all heard each other fine on my old set, so I've gone back to that one, even though it's on its last leg.

Bought these for my son after two of his XBox standard chat headsets failed. He said immediately that these sounded better and they seem to be holding up much more than the XBox sets.

I bought this for my birthday and it was great for the first 2 weeks. it had good sound and other players could here me perfectly BUT after the 2 weeks my speaker part went out i fixed it ez but then my microphone went out. so i bough a new one then in about 3 weeks the same problem happened ok so i bought another one and once again the same thing happened. :O @$^*&^%@!@$#%^%&*)() so i bought a turtle beach he he this may not happen to you it is my experience. pros: good price,nice LED lights,good sound quality, cool to show off to friends. cons: to fragile, LED lights drains battery for wireless controller.
