Looked interesting, but hadn't heard anything on it. It's a little predictable, but entertaining still.

Decent story and had its moments. Lost my interest slightly in couple of places but got it back again.

Penny Dreadful has some of the great characters from some of the old classics seen like never before.

For the most part I enjoyed this show kind of slow. But I still recommend this.

A VICTORIAN DRAMA, IT INCORPORATES VICTOR FRANKENSTEIN AND HIS CREATION, DORIAN GRAY, AN AMERICAN WESTERN GUNSLINGER, A VICTORIAN WOMAN NAMED VANESSA AND A BRITISH EXPLORER ALONG WITH VAMPIRES AND WEREWOLVES - ALL VERY ENTERTAINING. THE SETS AND COSTUMES ARE SUPERB. EVA GREEN IS FANTASTIC AS VANESSA, THE MAIN PROTAGONIST AND SHE WAS JUST NOMINATED FOR A GOLDEN GLOBE AWARD FOR HER PERFORMANCE IN "PENNY DREADFUL".

This whole series is amazing. I was terribly disappointed when it ended after only 3 seasons.

I was weary of the show but the individual stories were great. The stories do converge and make for a entertaining series. Can't wait for season 2.

Loving it so far. Have enjoyed seeing Josh Hartnett again. Right amount of spooky and great acting.

I wasn't sure what to expect with this, but I enjoyed it enough to wish I had the second season to follow it up.
