I really didn't know what to expect when I watched it. I didn't watch the trailers for it but was still pleasantly surprised. Good family movie.

The movie starts out sad and as it progresses you begin to see the bond grow between a little boy and a wild dragon. Great for the whole family.

I was a little disappointed the 3D version was not available. However after watching the movie. I was gladly surprised, it was lots of fun and touching. Well acted, the movie was one of the best kids movie I've seen in awhile.

My daughter loved this movie and I could actually tolerate watching it. I was definitely worth buying and will be a favorite in my household

Disney continues their trend of amazing live action remakes of their cartoon properties. If you aren't sobbing by the end, you aren't human.

The warmth of two characters finding themselves alone in a vast forest and then to find each other. friendship comes in all shape and sizes.

I loved the original Pete's Dragon, so of course I had to get the remake. It is wonderful. I only wish it were a musical like the original.

Bought this for the kids because they never say the cartoon version and they loved it. Scared at first of the dragon, but grew to love him.

As far as new versions go this one is tops. No flop remake/re-imaging for Disney here. It has been so long I can't even remember how the original went, seems like good reason to watch it. You will enjoy this one for sure!

Purchased for my wife for Christmas and it became a family success. A new spin on the original which made it even bettter. A must see film.

I bought this as a gift for a family member. I got to watch it and throughly enjoyed this movie. Very touching and I loved Pete the dragon.

If your into Disney movies you wont be dissappointed. They finally brought the great story of Petes Dragon to life and it is great. This product also comes enclosed by a hard plastic case and a great looking paper cover.

This isn't like the classic, but it's fitting for a new generation. Our 4 yo has asked to watch it repeatedly! He gives it two thumbs up!

Got it on time. Havent watched it yet. Saw the original as a kid. Got this for my kids got it for myself to see the redhead chic.

I watched the original as a kid on VHS. Easily one of my favorites growing up. Great remake that may actually be better than the original.

Bought this because we have to have ever Disney movie when it comes out. Very good movie, different from the cartoon but still very good.

Loved the original and was very excited for the remake. My 6 year old son loved it too. Great family movie (possibly a few scary parts).
