It's hard not compare this to the original movie which was fun and very entertaining plus it had Helen Reddy and Shelly Winters! This movie tried to be more realistic but sadly there was no depth to any of the characters that made you want to root for them. I felt the dragon's magic did not show through in this remake. Disney has done a much better job with the new Jungle Book movie which is fantastic!
