I like this because it is easy to use and easy to clean. Good looking machine with good pre set options for drinks. I feel this is a great machine for the price point.

This machine has been fantastic so far. It’s very easy to use, the controls are straightforward, and it makes great coffee and espresso with minimal effort. The LatteGo milk frother is simple to clean and works well for lattes and cappuccinos. Exactly what I was hoping for in a fully automatic machine — highly recommend.

This machine was good value for money. The functionality and the quality are great for the price. Easy to use and easy to clean. But…. The drink sizes are too small and the temperature not hot enough. Even on the highest setting.

The most convenient espresso/cappuccino machine on the market. The milk container is incredibly easy to clean and it froths perfectly. My folks had one for 7 years and it still works great, with only minor issues over time. The first unit I got would not grind any beans after many tries, but the replacement process was easy with bestbuy.

I really liked it, very good coffee maker and easy to use and clean.

After a month it seems to be working well. The coffee is strong, just how I like it, with the right setting. The Cappuccino and Latte could be stronger so for that reason it gets 4 stars. However I can increase the strength of the Cappuccino and Latte by adding additional shots of espresso.

I love my Phillps! Consistent coffee every time, best latte ever. Easy to use, pretty quiet, easy to clean. Just a perfect machine for coffee lovers.

As expected the machine is loud but the coffee is great.

This is an easy to use espresso machine. The machine makes great drinks even cold coffee. The only problem was the manual is picture only with no words to explain each step. Although it is very easy to use for an inexperienced user like me that wasnt helpful as I got some of the steps wrong. Other than that the machine is great and I love it

I bought this coffee machine around a year ago. It is a game changer. I don't need to go to a coffee shop anymore. The taste is great, and I like that this machine has enough options of the drinks (with milk and without).

Got it as a gift for my boyfriend and I find myself using it more than him these days. SO easy to use, easy to clean and it ABSOLUTELY worth the price

The wife loves it! One thing to keep in mind is the option to set a basic cup of coffee brew at a specific time isn’t available on this machine.

Having owned a previous Phillips (then sold under the Seaco name) served me well over MANY years (10+???) ...it was time to retire. This provided the best upgrade both in style and features. I doubt I could survive the day without it ...fortunately I don't have to ... (and yes it does occasionally travel with me!) I have definitely recommended this model to other coffee lovers I know.

Very easy to use, fully automatic. Lattego system will be uses daily, it is easer to clean than the cup of coffee itself. Machine has good cleaning cycle.

Very versatile coffeemaker. Coffee and espresso tastes great, easy to operate. Water tank lasts for quite a number of servings. Frother is a great addition and works well.

Makes good expresso. However the expresso bean holder does not allow the beans to naturally fall into the grinder you have to manual push the beans down every so often. Also, you need to deep clean regularly or it will grow mold in the grinder area.

It's fancy and stylish, and really good for espresso. However, for other drinks, the milk foam is minimal, it's quite loud, and worst of all, it's plastic, meaning it will likely only last two years.
