This is a replacement for my 17 year old Jura E8 which they still make. So many more features and so much easier to use, maintain and clean.

The functionality and the quality are great for the price. Easy to use and easy to clean. But…. The drink sizes are too small and the temperature not hot enough. Even on the highest setting.

Not sure what I am missing. I am however able to make nice coffee even if I can't fully explain why or how the machine does some of things it does. It is fairly intuitive and the quick start guide does just that.

The milk container is incredibly easy to clean and it froths perfectly. My folks had one for 7 years and it still works great, with only minor issues over time. The first unit I got would not grind any beans after many tries, but the replacement process was easy with bestbuy.

The coffee is strong, just how I like it, with the right setting. The Cappuccino and Latte could be stronger so for that reason it gets 4 stars. However I can increase the strength of the Cappuccino and Latte by adding additional shots of espresso.
