Instructions don't make this clear, but the machine will self-clean everytime it powers on and (most times) will discharge some water, so best hold off on placing your mug underneath until that process completes.

It's very convenient that it does everything automatically. But who likes to drink hot coffee, this car is not for him. And I had to return it because I love to drink hot coffee, and she makes it warm.

Literally push a button and get what you asked for. Even the frothing is Automatic. It measures the grind automatically and even chucks it for you. This is a great machine for easy and mindless espresso making. If you prefer more customization , this machine might not be for you.

The milk frothing is a good feature and works pretty well. This makes good macchiatos with no need for sugar or creamers. However, the coffee bean dispenser is poorly designed so I always need to manually push the beans over to the corner so they get into the grinding area. Also, I have had to repeatedly re-connect a water line in the unit because of water leaks. According to online videos, this seems to be a common issue. They might need to work on their quality control. Overall, the price is too high for the design and quality of the product. When it's time to replace this machine, I will probably try a different brand.
