Bought this for a gift for my sister. She loves it. Upgraded to the 4400 for my wifes gift. And I must say the upgrade is worth it to get led display and user profiles

This was a nice expresso machine, but for the price of this machine, I did not think it was worth it.

I purchased the Phillips 3300 knowing that I would receive a $25 credit while using my Bestbuy credit card. Here we are two weeks later, which is the amount of time needed for the credit to process, I don’t have the rewards posted to my account. I spent 1 1/2 hours chatting online and then with Thomas & David (supervisor) in customer support trying to obtain my credit so I can use it toward another purchase. Thomas told me that I had used the credit during my initial purchase but he was wrong. He then processed a ticket with Citibank and made sure that I understood that this was not Bestbuy’s fault (unacceptable). I asked for a supervisor and David started to handle the call. He also made me aware that this was Citibanks fault (unacceptable) and that he is not able to provide any recourse for this situation (David can make monetary decisions but not for my situation). Bestbuy made the purchase enticement and I am fighting with them to obtain it. It should not be this difficult!!

Not so great for the price. Coffee is either too strong or too watery.Sorry but I will keep looking.
