The only downside to this I could find was the brightness being okay during mid day. Make sure to have a cloth handy if dust collects on the screen too. overall a 8.5/10

Great for the kids

Has some problems but my boys fixed the problem themselves and both screens and video worked. No problems from this since. A great idea to have one of these

Great for whole family

Kept my toddler entertained on a long road trip.

The only negative, the straps that hold it to the headrest tend to slip off. I think they're made for a certain shape such as round. The headrests in my car are contoured. Other than that, no complaints.

Nice dvd player

I don't want my daughter to watch movies every time we get in the car. So it's nice to have a portable dvd player. So on our long trips she doesn't get bored. I have no problems with the DVD player but I've only used it about 6 times or so.

Taking the screens out of the vehicle during extreme heat or cold definitely prolongs the life of the DVD player. If you plan on leaving them in the vehicle at all times I recommend purchasing a protection plan.

From the moment I bought it the second screen never worked I am waiting to have time to have it replaced because thankfully I bought the extended warranty through Geek Squad
