Great for road trip

Won't read discs. Only works sometimes

We took them out of the box and tested them to make sure they worked before throwing away the box. Both worked. A week later when we tried to use them in the car, only one worked and the other said no disc. It was not a burned DVD and it wouldn't read. The next week we tried the DVD that was working and it kept shutting off like it had a short in the plug in. It also started reading no disc and quit working within a few days. Also, must be plugged in to use. No battery compartment option. Not convenient for restaurants, etc. Terrible buy. Junk DVD players. Very disappointing.
