Only 1 screen worked and missing car charger......

My husband and I had been looking at getting a new portable DVD player for our girls (ages 5 and 2) for awhile. I had been looking at both of the Philips dual players, but couldn't decide which one to get. After a recent grueling 4 hour car ride with the children fighting the whole time, my husband and I stopped at the nearest Best Buy on the way home and purchased these players. W.O.W. They didn't make a peep the rest of the way home. No more fighting over which movie to watch...we had Dora in one and Scooby Doo in the other. I wasn't sure if it was worth the extra money to get the dual movie player, but I'm glad I did now. My kids love them! I'm actually looking forward to our next road trip, because I know that the kids are going to be entertained.

Bought these DVD players about a month ago for my 3 1/2 year old and 18 month old daughters and couldn't be happier! Not only did it make the 4 long car trips quiet and uneventful, but they watch them every time they're in the car now. Set up is a breeze and takes a matter of seconds to plug everything in. Picture and sound quality are great. These are a must have for parents with young children.

I got this as a replacement when my earlier Insignia dual screen portable DVD players stopped working. The systems is mostly used to play DVD's to occupy a child on long car trips, so we do a lot of singalongs. Having the second screen has not yet been useful, but it does let an adult sitting in the front passenger seat of the car operate the controls for the second screen, displaying the video in the back seat.

I bought this for a 2 day drive to entertain my kids. We all chose movies we liked and had 2 movies going (with headphones) for most of the trip. The picture quality was fantastic, they are very simple to set up and use. No complaints at all, these were wonderful and are safely stored away waiting for the next road trip!

Love the multi dvd option. Just wish they were wireless headphones that hooked to them. Otherwise it's a great purchase

we planned to go to Disneyland this month and I was thinking a lot about my daughter ( 2 years and half old ) how to entertain her all the way ( 6 hours driving ) , she likes to watch cartoon and other videos like ABC Alphabet , so I did the right decision to purchase this product and we could control her screen what to watch by the other one my wife had it in the front , plus we used the second monitor when we stayed at hotel for 5 days , I recommend every parents to have this dvd player for their kids .

Great products for anyone who has kids who need something that is easy to install and works.

I looked around at multiple DVD players and all of the other manufactures did not stand up to this one. The quality is great and has all the features you would want on and off the road. It comes with built in stands for in home use so this is the complete package. For the additional $20-$30 this comes with dual monitors that will play separate movies which is great with 2 kids.

Love it! The kids get to watch what they want and they don't fight over the movies any longer. Great sound and great picture! It is a good price for the product.

After looking at numerous reviews this was the best option for me. It gives you 2 independent DVD players which is a great option if you don't want to be stuck watching children's dvds the whole ride. I wished it had a remote to control from the front seat when my toddlers DVD starts over. Great screen quality and doesn't skip with normal driving which is a plus.

I brought this product for my daughter as a Chrismas gift. I decided not to wait until Chrismas to give it to her, so I cracked open the box right before Thanksgiving. I put in a dvd and powered it up and boy was I blown away by the quality of it. To tell the truth I think I actually like it more than my daughter, despite her being only 1 years old. This has really changed my daughters ridding experience (whether going near or far). With that being said I would most definately recommend and buy this product again.

I love these DVD players. They were easy to install in the car, and the screen size is a plus. I have twins, so these are a lifesaver. These are the only ones that I could find that were dual players, not just a DVD player and a second screen. I haven't had any problems with these. Definitely recommend.

This was for my daughter to use while on her long trips. Since I have had owned this products it has been okay. I did have to send it to the manufacturer under the warranty to have it replace but it did not take them long to take care of the issue.

We just got these DVD players 2 days ago but my kids already love them! They are able to watch 2 separate movies in the car or at home.

Great product if your going to take a trip with the kids. Will be well worth it to keep them occupied and out of trouble. Don't have to worry about them fighting over what movie they want to watch since each screen can play it's own movie.

My two boys watched these during a 14 hour trip and loved them. They fit the headsets of our vehicle very well. Allowed one video or two to be watched at once. Are very light weight. Took a couple minutes to figure out where the buttons were on the devices and then the kids ran them themselves the whole trip.

This did player is great for long car rides. Sometimes it would skip new DVDs after turned the car off and then on. But all in all this is a great portable dvd player.

We went on a 15 hours road trip from California to Vancouver Canada. Kept the kids occupied. No fights since they can play different DVDs. Worth every penny! Device worked perfectly.
