Great product for journeys

We get entertained on the go. Best part is the carrying case and car charger adapter. Navigation controls and volume control are just about OK but does not bother us much.Overall we are satisfied with this product

Great portable player!

The first one lasted 4 years of tough play from 2 wild little toddlers. I'd highly recommend it. We haven't had any problems with it what so ever.

Great personal DVD player

Didn't get 5 stars because it's not a real solid feeling device, but it works well. Now I can watch movies for free, including the ones that are not available on Netflix. Yay for older technology!

Great for watching dvds in bed, in motels, camping

I will continue to buy them at best buy as long as I need one and my customer service with best buy has always been great. Thanks again RS

Not your fault but somebody needs to make a product with large control features.

The only thing I don't like is the screen isn't as clear as my old dvd player, I guess that's the difference between $99 and $199. This dvd player works fine for its purpose.
