Failed to work second time; plane w 3 yea

Charged up and took on the plane to keep 3 small kids entertained on long flight. After second DVD disk did not load. Need to return. Seems many Best buy products may be seconds.

Just okay

No volume controls on the remote, only on the side of the unit. Also, the remote is very weak, you have to hold it directly in front of the unit, it doesn't work when pointed away. Car pouch is nice, so is the overall size of the unit.
