the product looks great and works perfectly . it is very handy and just the kind of player that i wanted. service by best buy has been excellent.Highly recommended.

I was so far happy with the dvd player but all of a sudden the volume is not working just within 2 months of the purchase. I don't like taking back products for servicing it's such a hassle to avoid this we bought Philips after lots of research. Did anybody have same problem?

This was a Christmas '10 gift for our granddaughter. She has used it several times and she and her parents have been very pleased. Don't know durability at this time.

After Driving 160 miles plus some, with lots of crying, bought this for the trip back was muck better. It's also very durable.

I love the small size. It fits in my bible case so don't need a carrying case. Like the 9" screen.

Sorry but although from a reputable electronic brand, it seems like there wasn't a lot of thought put into the design of this dvd player. The screen size is a little too small and worst thing is that the ac cord is so short. Buttons are easy to work with .

Looks great , can't wait to take it on vacation with the grand kids.

Has been super for my grandkids when they come and visit.

Terrible product. Did my due diligence and read reviews in December 2012 and thought this was a good product. Do yourself a favor by checking multiple websites as you will find that DVD will stop working after 8-11 months of use. If you have money to burn go a head and take a chance with this product. If money is tight and you must live within your means please research another product. Just trying to help other parents out there who are on a tight budget and who do not have disposable income. This is truly a poorly made product.

This was a gift to my daughter so I really don't know how it works.

This portable player works well. I am happy with it.
